report button appears when a user is made a group controller. A user can be controller
of any number of groups - and a group can have any number of controllers. See

Groups
These
can reflect the vertical organisation structures, with authorised online training
group controllers. Controllers have access to range of date based group management
elearning reports, group members personal records, and group email facilities.

reflect horizontal organisation structures (i.e. group members randomly selected
from around the organisation for specialist online training sets). Controllers
have the same online training management facilities as group members.
