1. Basic Portal Plan

Portal Plans are designed for clients wanting a high volume of learning for a heavily discounted price. The start point is 4 business disciplines giving access to circa 20 certified courses for upto 20 users for R17000. This computes to circa R850 per person, per annum for upto 347 CPD hours i.e. circa R2.4 per person, per hour, per annum.

At the top end of the scale clients can acquire access to all 11 Business Disciplines OR all 400+ ebriefings - totaling 800 CPD hours for 2000 registered users.

If your organization requires more than 2000 users then we would be happy to discuss a VFM pricing strategy with you. This computes to less than R0.15 per person, per hour, per annum

The basic portal plan is for 12 months, renewal is automatic (unless notice is served 3 months prior to the contract expiry date).

NB: Clients can add their users the portal plan whenever they need to. In the alternative we can register students on the clients behalf if a CSV file is provided. (MOQ 200 - for this service)

NB: The basic portal plan can be upgraded to an extended or advanced plan.

2. Extended Portal Plan - Diagnostic Tools

The Basic Portal buyer can upgrade to an extended portal plan for just R4000 per month and receive:

HIV/AIDS - FREE access to Peer & Manager education programmes
Surveys - FREE access to 8 generic surveys + KAP Survey
Knowledge Tests - FREE access to 12 generic skill areas + HIV/AIDS tests
360 Assessments - FREE access to 12 generic skill areas - each with generic competencies + HIV/AIDS competencies
Performance Manager - FREE appraisal sceduler (due October 2011)
ILM Qualifications - a 30% discount of our list price (learning content only)
ILM Customisation - FREE course setup and branding - minimum of 6 students (Award excl)
System support services - FREE upto a value of R5500 per annum

NB: Extended Portals are for 36 months, renewal is automatic (unless notice is served 3 months prior to the contract expiry date) and payment is via a monthly standing order. MOQ 150 users all with 8 Business Disciplines.

3. Advanced Portal Plan - Self Sufficiency

This is an alternative plan upgrade for the Basic Portal buyer. The deal is for R5500 per month they receive ALL the extra Extended Portal offerings PLUS

eBriefing Authoring - FREE creation tool
eProgramme Authoring - FREE creation tool - in development
Workshop management - FREE in-house course booking and scheduling - in development
ILM Qualifications - a 50% discount of our list price (learning content only)
ILM Customisation - FREE course setup and branding - minimum of 6 students (Award excl)
System support services - FREE upto a value of R8250 per annum

NB: Advanced Portals are for 60 months, renewal is automatic (unless notice is served 3 months prior to the contract expiry date) and payment is via a monthly standing order. MOQ 1000 users all with 11 Business Disciplines.

4. Optional Start-up Pack

For a one off fee of R3300 our start-up pack offers the client the following:

HTML Code - for installation on their own website
Customised Banner - for site branding (client supplied = 110 pixels deep X 800 pixels wide)
User registration - automatic licence creation (from a client supplied CSV file)
Reporting groups - extra reporting groups (min 75 users per group & max 10 groups)

5. Optional System Support Services

To help our clients achieve a fully customised system then we can:

Create Surveys - from client supplied questionnaires
Create Knowledge Tests - from either our question banks - or from client supplied questions
Create Role & Competencies - from client supplied Role & Competency descriptions
Create Branded Certificate programmes - drawing upon our ebriefings
ILM Qualifications - for clients ordering ILM qualifications we can manage the ILM registration, assessment and certification process for all students if required.
